Greg advises businesses, municipalities and individuals in many different areas of the law including general contract dispute and litigation, residential and commercial real estate, municipal law, secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, automotive and automobile law, and administrative law before state agencies.

          Liberty L. Roberts

          Liberty Roberts

          Libby represents businesses and public entities at all levels of administrative proceedings and litigation. Her clients include school districts, colleges and universities, counties, cities, towns and police and fire departments. She has appeared before the EEOC, Indiana Civil Rights Commission and Office of Civil Rights. She has represented clients in nearly all of Indiana's 92 counties, as well as before the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court and the United State Supreme Court. Libby works directly with schools, colleges and universities, municipalities, and businesses, and also works with insurance carriers and claims administrators to serve as insurance defense counsel.           Sam is a partner in the firm’s Litigation section. He advocates for individuals, businesses, schools, law enforcement, and public entities all across the state of Indiana. As a member of the firm’s Insurance Defense and Business and Commercial Litigation groups, Sam serves clients in all aspects of the civil justice system. For over a decade, Sam has represented plaintiffs and defended individuals, corporations, trucking companies, truck drivers and public entities in complex and catastrophic loss cases. Sam’s jury trial and bench trial experience, combined with his unique litigation background and multi-state practice, allow him to provide clients with real-world guidance and get the best results possible.           Alexander P. Pinegar

          Alexander Pinegar

          Alexander P. Pinegar is a partner in the firm’s Litigation, School Law, and Appellate sections. Alex’s practice includes a variety of litigated matters, and he advises both plaintiff and defendant clients in personal injury and car accident cases, business disputes, insurance defense, and appeals. Alex’s clients include businesses, individuals, and public school corporations. As part of his litigation practice, Alex has first-chair trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in both Indiana’s state and federal courts. He has represented clients on appeal in the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.           As a partner in the Business and Commercial Litigation practice group, Ian advises businesses on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including business creation, mergers and acquisitions, day-to-day legal counseling, and advisory services.
