Olivia is an Associate Attorney in CCHA Law’s Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group, where she represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes. Her practice includes breach of contract claims, employment disputes, partnership disagreements, fraud matters, and landlord-tenant litigation. Olivia also advises clients navigating debt recovery and enforcement actions. With a practical, solution-focused approach, Olivia is committed to helping clients resolve disputes efficiently—whether through negotiation, litigation, or alternative dispute resolution. She is equally adept at managing high-stakes commercial conflicts and guiding clients through the nuances of small claims matters.
Olivia attended law school in Indianapolis at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, Olivia participated in Moot Court, where she was named the top oral advocate in the preliminary rounds of the competition and was a member of the winning team in the final round of the Barristers’ Tournament. She later served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board. Olivia also interned at the Indiana Supreme Court in Justice Derek R. Molter’s chambers.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers and Indianapolis Colts, listening to live music, and playing tennis with her husband, Jeff. Olivia is a member of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s “Forte” group for young professionals and enjoys attending symphony performances.
