Olivia is an Associate Attorney in CCHA’s Litigation practice group. Her primary practice involves representing schools, cities, towns, and other public entities at the state and federal levels in various claims ranging from negligence to complex issues of federal and constitutional law.

Olivia attended law school in Indianapolis at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, Olivia participated in Moot Court, where she was named the top oral advocate in the preliminary rounds of the competition and was a member of the winning team in the final round of the Barristers’ Tournament. She later served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board. Olivia also interned at the Indiana Supreme Court in Justice Derek R. Molter’s chambers.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers and Indianapolis Colts, listening to live music, and playing tennis with her fiancé, Jeff. Olivia is a member of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s “Forte” group for young professionals and enjoys attending symphony performances.
