Lynsey is a compassionate and dedicated attorney. As a member of CCHA’s Litigation Team, she devotes much of her time to representing public entities at all levels of administrative proceedings and litigation. Her clients include school districts, colleges and universities, counties, cities, towns and police and fire departments. She often litigates in both state and federal court and assists clients in pre-suit investigations.

Lynsey grew up in Kentucky, where she later attended college and law school, and is proud to be a “Hoosier transplant”. Lynsey came to CCHA from a highly respected civil litigation law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana where she devoted much of her time to representing commercial carriers and drivers during wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and property damage/cargo claim litigation. She has a passion for people and focuses much of her time and effort on internal and external Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and mentoring young lawyers. When not chasing around her two sons, she is an avid reader and has a love/hate relationship with working out.
