Lynsey is an attorney whose practice focuses on strong relationships, clear communication, and practical solutions.

As a member of CCHA’s Litigation Team, she focuses on representing public entities—including school districts, colleges and universities, counties, cities, towns, and police and fire departments—through all stages of administrative proceedings and litigation. She regularly appears in both state and federal courts and often assists clients with pre-suit investigations. Lynsey also handles business litigation matters, helping companies and their owners navigate complex disputes efficiently and strategically.

Lynsey grew up in Kentucky, where she later attended college and law school, and is proud to be a “Hoosier transplant”. Prior to joining CCHA, she practiced at a respected civil litigation firm in Indianapolis, where she primarily represented commercial carriers and drivers in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and property damage/cargo claims.

She has a passion for people and focuses much of her time and effort on internal and external Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and mentoring young lawyers.

When not chasing around her two sons, she is an avid reader and has a love/hate relationship with working out.
