Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA) is seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant for our Zionsville location. This individual will support the Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group by providing substantive legal and administrative assistance to attorneys. This position is responsible for preparing estate planning and probate documents, managing estate and trust administrations, coordinating client communications, maintaining case files and calendars, and assisting with court filings, tax matters, and asset transfers. Paralegal/Legal Assistant plays a key role in ensuring efficient case progression and high-quality client service within the practice group. Paralegal/Legal Assistant for Litigation Practice Group

Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA) is seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant for our Fishers location. This individual will support the Litigation Practice Group by providing comprehensive legal and administrative assistance to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. This position is responsible for managing litigation matters from inception through resolution, including opening and closing case files, drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, and corresponding with clients. The Paralegal/Legal Assistant helps with mediation and trial preparation, manages scheduling and filings, and performs general office administrative duties as needed. Summer Associate 2027

Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA) is seeking law student applicants for paid, full-time Summer Associate positions for summer 2027.

Summer Associates will gain meaningful experience in a wide variety of practice areas throughout the summer. Summer Associates can expect to work directly with attorneys on substantive legal work and to be provided observation opportunities, such as client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings. The program offers interactive training, challenging assignments, social events, constructive feedback, and mentoring. We are committed to the professional development and advancement of our Summer Associates and strive to make the summer program an opportunity to broaden your skills and launch your career.
