CCHA for ALL

CCHA has been an established community leader since its founding in 1880. CCHA takes this legacy of leadership very seriously, and as such, is committed to supporting, cultivating, and growing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for its clients and workforce. CCHA strives to offer its workforce and clients a welcoming environment that allows and encourages diverse viewpoints while we continue to serve our clients by providing the best legal advice so they can accomplish their objectives and interests.

To carry on its legacy of community leadership, CCHA formed several years ago a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. This committee has undertaken several initiatives, both internally and externally, to further the firm’s objectives and mission.

These efforts have also been served by our expanding practice, with a footprint that spans the state from Indianapolis to Chicagoland and Fort Wayne, and which now includes a national sports law and higher education presence that generates business across the country. We therefore serve a group of clients that is diverse geographically, racially, ethnically, religiously, and socioeconomically, and we are committed to ensuring that our workforce is equally representative of that client base. To meet these growing client demands, we have diversified by adding attorneys licensed in more than 10 states. Many of our attorneys also devote significant time on pro bono hours to serve clients and initiatives that align with our mission for inclusion.

Thus, to both meet the demands of leadership and to better serve our clients, CCHA will continue to focus on diversifying our workforce and client base; strengthening our inclusive and diverse culture; and supporting our community.
