Rachel is an Associate Attorney in CCHA’s Litigation Practice Group. Her primary practice involves representing schools, cities, towns, and other public entities at the state and federal levels in a variety of claims ranging from negligence to complex issues of federal and constitutional law.
Rachel is from Southern California. She obtained a degree in Law and Public Policy and Business Administration from IU Bloomington. She attended law school at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she served as the Moot Court Chairwoman, Public Relations Assistant for the Women’s Law Associate, and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys life with her husband, Chris, and their mini goldendoodle, Daisy. She also enjoys running, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends.
