Rachel is an Associate Attorney in CCHA Law’s Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Her practice involves representing clients in a wide range of business disputes. With a focus on business torts, partnership disputes, fraud, tax controversies, commercial and residential evictions, real estate, and debt collection, Rachel provides comprehensive legal counsel tailored to the needs of business owners and professionals. In addition to complex litigation, she regularly assists clients with smaller-scale disputes, including small claims actions, ensuring cost-effective representation without compromising quality.
Rachel is from Southern California. She obtained a degree in Law and Public Policy and Business Administration from IU Bloomington. She attended law school at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she served as the Moot Court Chairwoman, Public Relations Assistant for the Women’s Law Associate, and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys life with her husband, Chris, and their mini goldendoodle, Daisy. She also enjoys running, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends. Rachel is a proud board member of the Conner Prairie Horizon Council, a young professionals group that plans events at Conner Prairie.
