Rachel is an Associate Attorney at CCHA Law whose practice spans a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters. She represents businesses and public entities in employment, probate, and civil litigation. Her clients include school districts, colleges and universities, counties, cities, towns, police and fire departments, businesses, and individuals.

She also works with insurance carriers and claims administrators in her role as insurance defense counsel. Her practice includes business torts, employment matters, probate disputes, partnership disputes, fraud, tax controversies, real estate, debt collection, and other complex litigation matters. In addition to high-stakes disputes, Rachel regularly assists clients with routine legal matters and smaller-scale disputes, providing practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Originally from Southern California, Rachel earned her degree in Law and Public Policy and Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington. She attended Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she served as Moot Court Chairwoman, Public Relations Assistant for the Women's Law Association, and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.

Rachel serves as Vice President of the Boone County Bar Association and as Secretary of the Conner Prairie Horizon Council Executive Board. She is passionate about supporting her community, mentoring young professionals, and fostering meaningful connections within the legal profession.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys life with her husband, Chris, and their mini goldendoodle, Daisy. She also enjoys running, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends.
