Peter is an associate attorney in CCHA’s Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, representing businesses and municipalities across a broad range of disputes. He focuses on resolving problems of all sizes at the trial court and appellate levels. Since joining the firm, Peter has developed a multi-disciplinary practice, working on a wide range of matters including contract disputes, construction and tort litigation, debt collection, and real estate matters. He partners with clients to develop practical, results-driven strategies tailored to their business and legal objectives.
Peter is a proud alumnus of Butler University, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies and a minor in History. During his time at Butler, Peter was actively involved in various student organizations and served in a leadership role with the New Student Orientation Program. He went on to earn his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and as an advisor to first-year law students. Before law school, Peter gained experience working in the corporate events industry and local government, giving him a practical understanding of the business and civic landscape of central Indiana.
Outside of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their dog. He is also an avid fan of Butler basketball, Tottenham Hotspur F.C., and the Cleveland Guardians.
