Kendra is an associate attorney in CCHA Law’s School Law Practice Section. She focuses her practice on advising educational institutions in matters involving education law, compliance, civil rights, and employment issues.
Before joining CCHA Law, Kendra served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for the South Bend Community School Corporation, where she managed compliance initiatives, strategic negotiations, and litigation matters. She also previously worked with the Indiana Supreme Court’s Office of Court Services, leading the ICLEO Program and supporting civil legal aid efforts through the Coalition for Court Access.
Kendra’s experience advising school corporations, navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes, and championing civil rights issues makes her a strong advocate for CCHA’s education clients. She also has intermediate- level proficiency in Spanish and has beginner-level proficiency in Arabic, enhancing her ability to serve diverse client needs.
