About Greg

Greg is a partner in the firm’s Business Practice Section. Greg advises businesses, municipalities and individuals in many different areas of the law including advising businesses, municipalities, and individuals on contract disputes, litigation, real estate transactions, construction law, municipal law, secured transactions, family law, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and administrative law matters before state agencies.

With a primary focus on litigation and litigation defense, Greg provides skilled, individualized representation aimed at achieving efficient and optimal resolutions—grounded in his core strength of problem-solving and helping clients navigate challenges both before and during litigation. Greg’s focus on individualized service and efficient results is also evident in his non-litigation work, including the organization of business entities, buy/sell shareholder agreements, and personal and corporate transactions.

Greg is active in community and volunteer endeavors. Currently, he serves on the board of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy; the Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation as Past President; and the board of the Sigma Chi at Wabash College Housing Corporation as Vice President. He is a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.

Greg is an avid NBA fan and Pacers season ticket holder. When not attending Pacer games with his wife and their four children, Greg enjoys running, golf, Notre Dame football and the Cubs. Every year, he firmly believes that “this year’s our year” and holds eternal optimism that the Cubs will once again hoist the World Series Trophy in his lifetime (and at least once in his youngest son's lifetime).
