About Alex

Alex is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Section. Alex’s practice includes a variety of litigated matters, and he advises both plaintiff and defendant clients in personal injury and car accident claims, insurance defense, and appeals. Alex’s clients include businesses, individuals, and public school corporations. As part of his litigation practice, Alex has first-chair trial experience as both a plaintiff and defendant in both Indiana’s state and federal courts and has represented clients on appeal in the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court, and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Alex also represented the State of Indiana in a nationwide arbitration arising under the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement. Alex also serves as general counsel for Sheridan Community Schools.

When away from the office, Alex serves as a ruling elder on the Session at Grace Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis.  Alex is also a board member of Janus Developmental Services, Inc., a local non-profit organization that provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to participate and contribute within the local community.  Alex previously served as president and board member of Noblesville Main Street, Inc., and board member of the Sheridan Chamber of Commerce.  He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, including wife Laura and their four children, and his hobbies include reading, exercise, and playing the piano.
