Personal Injury

If you or a loved one has been injured in an accident because of someone else’s negligence, it is important that you have a qualified personal injury lawyer representing you from the outset. Many of our clients come to us very confused about where to turn after facing a serious injury themselves or the injury of a loved one. Our experienced team is here and available to help you move forward.

Obtaining a fair settlement offer from the insurance company can be extremely difficult. We will bring the necessary resources and experience you need to efficiently and effectively pursue compensation on your behalf. By having quality legal representation behind you, it lets the wrongdoer and, if applicable, the insurance company, know that your claim should be taken seriously.

We are dedicated to helping injury victims and their families move forward after a loss. We understand your pain and we want to help you find the best course of action to seek the compensation you deserve. We bring the same level of determination and commitment to our clients in every case – seeking full and fair compensation for any losses you suffer as a result of someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing.

You should have no hesitation about scheduling an initial visit with an attorney or be concerned about the costs or fees related to that consultation. We charge no fee for an initial consultation on an injury matter and there is no obligation to use our services. One topic included in an initial consultation is a full discussion of attorneys’ fees. Almost all of our injury and death cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. This allows injured parties to access our justice system without having to pay hourly fees to a lawyer. Under a contingent fee agreement, the lawyer provides legal services on the case, with payment for those legal services being contingent upon a recovery satisfactory to the client. We always have a written, concise, and clear engagement agreement which is fully explained before you are committed to pay anything. Under a contingent fee agreement, the final decision on your case is made by you, after the attorney has offered advice and recommendations. A case will not settle without you first authorizing it, and you will not be required to go to trial if you choose to settle instead.

We recognize every injury case is unique, just as every client is unique. We will carefully review your case and ensure you receive the personal attention and dedication you deserve. No matter the type of case, CCHA is ready and prepared to fight for your rights.
