Connor is an Associate Attorney at CCHA, where he focuses primarily on NIL matters in college and high school athletics, NCAA and IHSAA compliance and infractions, Title IX compliance, and a broad range of legal issues affecting colleges, universities, conferences, and athletic departments. He works closely with institutional clients to navigate evolving regulatory frameworks, support compliance efforts, and address complex issues involving student-athletes, coaches, and athletic administrators. Connor also advises athlete agents, boosters, collectives, and local businesses on NIL opportunities and related agreements.
Connor earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as a fellow in the Dean’s Tutorial Society. Before entering the legal profession, Connor built a career in the sports and entertainment industry in Los Angeles, including a role with BIG3, the professional basketball league co-founded by Ice Cube. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University.
Outside of his practice, Connor enjoys spending time with his wife, Mollie, and their dog, Marlow. He also enjoys live music, going to the movies, cycling, and values time spent with his nieces and nephew. Connor serves as a proud member of the Irsay Family YMCA at CityWay Advisory Board.
