About Leslie
Leslie is a partner in the firm’s Business Practice Section. Leslie’s practice is comprised of a blend of corporate and real estate matters. She advises a variety of businesses, from closely-held companies to multi-million dollar corporations and focuses her practice on contract drafting and disputes, corporate formation, shareholder disputes, insurance and employment matters, business sale and purchase agreements, succession planning, and a variety of real estate matters.
Leslie seeks to understand her clients’ financial concerns, tax consequences, and general business plans in order to tailor a legal plan for any client’s specific needs.
Leslie enjoys cooking, crafting, cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Hoosiers, and spending time with her growing family and friends. She is a proud member of the Board of Directors of the Carmel Youth Assistance Program and enjoys giving back to the Carmel and Hamilton County communities in which she was raised and has settled with her family.
