Leslie is particularly skilled in, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate matters, business succession planning, corporate governance, and contract negotiation.
She is known for her practical, solutions-oriented approach and her ability to integrate legal strategy with business objectives. Her clients value her keen understanding of financial implications and tax considerations, allowing her to craft tailored legal solutions aligned with their long-term goals.

Leslie is actively engaged in the legal and local business communities. She frequently mentors young attorneys and serves as a trusted advisor to boards and executive leadership teams. A dedicated civic leader, she previously served on the Board of Directors for the Carmel Youth Assistance Program and supports a number of philanthropic initiatives throughout central Indiana.
Outside the office, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, interior decorating, and gardening.
