Marianne joined Church Church Hittle + Antrim in 2013 as the Litigation Coordinator for the School Law Team. Marianne is responsible for coordinating all insurance defense needs for CCHA's school clients. This includes special education administrative hearings, U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights (OCR) complaints, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) matters, civil litigation in state and federal court, and any mediation or settlements associated with all of the above.

As the sole coordinator for all school client litigation, Marianne sometimes supports a dozen attorneys simultaneously, in addition to 'second chairing' administrative special education hearings and providing valuable strategic advice to attorneys.

Prior to CCHA, Marianne was the Executive Director of a Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault advocacy program and Program Administrator of several grant funded programs focusing on at risk families and teen girls through Henry County Courts.

Marianne and her partner Chris live in New Castle, IN with their dog, Sheldon. She enjoys traveling and visiting new places. When she is not planning her next trip, she enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking a new recipe at home or getting lost in a book.
