Justin started with CCHA as a Law Clerk. Following law school, he joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Business Services and Real Estate practice groups. Justin advises a variety of businesses, from closely-held companies to multi-million dollar corporations. Justin’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, business sale and purchase agreements, contract drafting and negotiations, corporate formation, business succession planning, Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission permit applications and transfers, and trademark registration and enforcement matters.
Justin attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law. There he participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program and the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Saint Joseph’s College with a major in Psychology and was a captain of the Men’s Cross Country and Track & Field Teams.
Justin is an avid Pacers, Colts, and Indiana Hoosiers fan. When not cheering on his Indiana sports teams, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and exploring local restaurants with his wife.
