About Jenni

Jenni joined CCHA Law in October 2009, dedicating her practice to family law with a specific focus on property division, complex financial and valuation issues, parenting time, and child support. Jenni’s practice focuses on strategy for clients in the equitable division of property while protecting assets. She also routinely assists clients with the drafting, negotiation, and execution of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, Hamilton County Bar Association, and Boone County Bar Association. Additionally, Jenni is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

In 2005, Jenni earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. During her time at DePaul, she not only graduated with a Certificate in Family Law but also demonstrated her commitment to public interest law as a member of the Public Interest Law Association. Furthermore, she was selected to receive a PILA grant for her completion of legal services as a 711 student-attorney at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services.

Jenni's extensive experience and legal expertise in family law make her a trusted advocate for clients facing complex issues in their family matters, including business valuations, analysis of benefits and compensation, the division and distribution of property and assets, and child custody.
