David is the Chief Operating Officer for CCHA after previously working at Fifth Third Bank and MSD Warren Township.
David grew up in Indianapolis and is a graduate of Warren Central High School. David earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from DePauw University and received a MBA in Finance and Accounting from Butler University. After graduating from DePauw University, David worked for Fifth Third Bank for 10 years as a Vice President in the Commercial Banking Division in Indianapolis.
In 2000, David became the Chief Financial Officer for MSD Warren Township. David assumed many roles and responsibilities at MSD Warren Township, retiring in June 2021 as their Chief Operating Officer.
After leaving MSD Warren Township, David joined Church Church Hittle & Antrim as their Chief Operating Officer overseeing all facility operations, HR, marketing, and technology.
David is currently the Indiana Governor’s appointee for the Distressed Unit Appeals Board (DUAB).
David currently resides in Noblesville and enjoys spending time traveling, playing golf, and attending Butler basketball games. David has two adult sons, Tyler and Jacob.
