About Leslie

Leslie is the first female partner at Church Church Hittle + Antrim and has served the firm on the executive management committee.  She has received the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards reflecting the confidential opinions of Members of the Bar and Judiciary.  She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuter business and Indianapolis Monthly Magazine and named as a “Top Attorney in Indiana."  She focuses her practice in civil litigation and is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the Family Law Certification Board.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as law clerk to the Honorable J. Patrick Endsley, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Additionally, Leslie serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Hamilton County Superior Courts. 

Leslie’s statewide professional involvement includes the Indiana State Bar Association where she served on the Board of Governors and Chair of the task force for Women in Law.  She also served the following: Nominating Committee, Mentor Match Program, Budget and Finance Committee, and House of Delegates.  Additionally, Leslie has been a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation since 1996, and recently named a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. 

Leslie served two terms as an executive member for the Hamilton County Bar Association and as President from 2012 to 2013.  She served as a board member to the Noblesville Boys and Girls Club, the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, and the Hanover College Parent’s Board.  Additionally, Leslie has authored and spoken at Invited Lectures for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the Indianapolis Bar Association, Heartland Pro Bono, the Indiana State Bar Association Solo Small Practice Conference, and in 2016, the Women in Law Conference held in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Leslie completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University, Bloomington and received her Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 1990.  While there, she served in the Phi Delta Phi fraternity as Exchequer. Leslie is married to E. Allen Henderzahs, a teacher and coach with the Mt. Vernon School Corporation. They have three daughters: Shelby, Caroline and Madelyn.
