Beth Sease is a Partner in the Estate Planning team, where she focuses her practice on estate and trust planning and administration for individuals and families in Boone County. With a strong background in tax law, beginning her career in the tax department of Price Waterhouse, Beth brings deep knowledge of federal and Indiana tax considerations to every estate plan she develops.

Beth works closely with clients to create carefully tailored strategies for asset preservation, tax-efficient wealth transfer, charitable giving, and long-term financial protection. For over 43 years, Roger Burrus has represented hundreds of clients in estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, residential and commercial real estate matters, and general business and contract law. He is a board-certified specialist in trust and estate law by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board. Roger has been very active in the Zionsville community, serving as Boone County Bar Association Past President, board member and past president of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce, and board member at Boone County Senior Services for nine years.
