Fred’s practice focuses on developing personalized estate plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, whether that involves drafting wills and trusts, establishing powers of attorney, or navigating tax and asset protection strategies. On the administration side, he supports families and fiduciaries through the probate and trust settlement process—providing clarity, efficiency, and compassionate counsel during difficult times.
With a background in wealth management, Fred brings a unique combination of legal expertise and financial insight to every client relationship. Prior to becoming an attorney, he specialized in designing custom financial plans for high-net-worth individuals, an experience that continues to inform his holistic and detail-oriented approach to estate law.
Fred earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served on the Indiana Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, where he was a Media Fellow and held leadership roles in his fraternity, including President, Vice President, and Risk Manager.
