Kathleen “Katt” Boaz’s connection with CCHA began in 2015 when she joined the firm as a college intern. After completing two summer internships and returning as a Law Clerk after her first year of law school, she joined the firm full-time as an associate attorney in 2021. Katt now practices in the firm’s business services, real estate and estate planning practice groups, where she works with individuals, families, and business owners on a wide range of legal matters.

In addition to her traditional practice areas, Katt advises clients involved in digital media and online businesses. She works with content creators, influencers, and digital entrepreneurs on business formation, contracts, intellectual property considerations, and brand protection, helping clients build and protect their digital platforms as their ventures grow.

A Noblesville native, Katt graduated from Guerin Catholic High School in 2013 before heading to Purdue University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, with a minor in Political Science. Katt earned her J.D. from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2020. Throughout law school, she served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and as Secretary of the Intellectual Property Student Association. She credits both leadership experiences with helping shape her interest in the intersection of business, media, and law.

In 2024, Katt was selected as one of just 25 attorneys statewide to participate in Class 12 of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy. She also serves on the Board of Directors IU Health Tipton Hospital, and on the Eli Lily Scholarship Committee for Tipton County.

Outside of work, Katt enjoys cheering on the Boilermakers, traveling, and collecting vinyl records.
