Cassie is an Associate Attorney in CCHA's Litigation practice group. Her primary practice involves representing schools, cities, towns, and other public entities at the state and federal levels in a variety of claims ranging from negligence to complex issues of federal and constitutional law. She also assists clients in Labor & Employment, Appellate, and Personal Injury matters. Cassie is committed to delivering strategic, results-driven representation. Her experience across both defense and plaintiff-side litigation gives her a well-rounded approach to the law, ensuring her clients receive informed, thoughtful, and effective advocacy. Cassie is based out of CCHA's Fishers office, but she represents clients throughout Indiana.
Cassie is a native of Dubois County, Indiana. She attended law school at the IU McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where she served as Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and the Environmental Law Society. Cassie is a proud Attorney Coach for the Fishers High School Mock Trial Team and facilitates CCHA's annual volunteer day with Camptown's Natural Wonders Day Camp. In her free time, Cassie enjoys hiking with her fiancé and dog, attending live concerts and musicals, and cheering on the Colts and Pacers.
