Lisa is a Partner in the Business Services Practice Section at CCHA Law. She works with businesses, developers, and individuals on real estate transactions, entitlements, BZA hearings, rezoning, and complex development projects. Her experience includes negotiating purchase agreements, reviewing chain of title, handling seller’s warranty claims, easements, utilities, condemnation, and title insurance matters. Lisa is known for rolling up her sleeves and tackling the details others may overlook, ensuring every project, from farm field to final plat, is handled thoroughly and efficiently.

A native of Louisiana, Lisa began her career learning property rights through the oil and gas industry before moving into large-scale land acquisitions and later mergers and acquisitions for Fortune 100 companies. She has been involved in projects across Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, and Morgan Counties, giving her a deep understanding of local regulations, municipal processes, and the nuances of development in central Indiana.

Lisa believes in protecting property rights while embracing innovation. She approaches every project with a practical, detail-oriented mindset, whether negotiating contracts, working through public approvals, or guiding clients through municipal boards. Her track record includes approvals, municipal victories, and successful closings that protect her clients’ interests and ensure projects move forward smoothly.

Lisa has embraced Hoosier life and is grateful for the community and hospitality of Zionsville. She enjoys traveling, reading, attending concerts, and cheering on the Zionsville Eagle basketball team, where her husband, Nick, coaches.

Lisa also serves as a board member of the Boone County Economic Development Corporation, lending her expertise to support local growth and development initiatives.
