Lisa is a Land Use Professional in CCHA Law’s Business Services Practice Section. She works with attorneys in the firm to support businesses, developers, and individuals with real estate transactions, land use matters, entitlements, and regulatory compliance.

Lisa brings more than a decade of experience managing residential and commercial real estate projects, including negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, handling land development issues, and navigating complex title and permitting processes. Prior to joining CCHA Law, she held leadership and legal roles with several major homebuilders, where she spearheaded land acquisition, entitlement, and compliance efforts.

Known for her practical approach and attention to detail, Lisa works closely with clients to identify risks, streamline processes, and support successful real estate and business development projects.

When away from the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, reading, traveling, and attending local sporting events and concerts.
