Kody is a land use professional in the firm’s Real Estate and Business Services Sections. He focuses on matters in real estate and development, public-private partnerships, and economic development ventures.
Kody is attending Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law’s Hybrid Program while working at CCHA. He graduated cum laude with honors highest distinction from Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Leadership and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. While at Butler, Kody played on the Division I football team and represented the team as a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
Outside the office, Kody is a board member for the Cumberland Community Development Corporation and remains highly interested in the business of collegiate and professional athletics. He enjoys spending time with his friends, playing golf and pickleball, and staying involved in the local community.
