Josh is an Associate Attorney in CCHA’s Business Services and Real Estate practice groups. Since graduating from law school in 2017, he has focused on helping businesses, landowners, and families across Indiana achieve their goals through practical legal counsel and strategic planning. His practice centers on transactional and advisory matters, including business formation, commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions, along with broader long-term planning and succession considerations.

Before joining CCHA, Josh served clients as both external and in-house counsel. Those experiences shaped his practical, business-minded approach to the law. He strives to be a partner who understands what matters most to each client and delivers sensible, tailored solutions aligned with their goals.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughters, and their dog. A proud Northeast Indiana native, he is passionate about supporting local communities, spending time at the lake, and staying active outdoors. He also enjoys playing tennis and golf (most of the time) and is a loyal Hoosiers, Colts, and Pacers fan.
