Josh is an Associate Attorney in CCHA’s Business Services and Real Estate practice groups. Since graduating from law school in 2017, he has focused his practice on advising businesses of all sizes, from start-ups and nonprofits to large international and publicly traded companies, as well as entrepreneurial-minded individuals. He specializes in transactional and advisory matters, including business formation, commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate deals.

Before joining CCHA, Josh served clients as both external and in-house counsel. Those experiences shaped his practical, business-minded approach to the law. He strives to be a partner who understands what matters most to each client and delivers sensible, tailored solutions aligned with their goals.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their dog. A proud Northeast Indiana native, he is passionate about supporting local communities, spending time at the lake, and staying active outdoors. He also enjoys playing tennis and golf (most of the time) and is a loyal Hoosiers, Colts, and Pacers fan.
