Alex is an Associate Attorney at CCHA, where she is a member of the firm’s Sports, Higher Education, and Business Services Practice Groups. Her practice includes NCAA compliance and infractions, Title IX gender equity reviews, and advising clients on the rapidly evolving NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) landscape in college athletics. Alex’s Business Services practice focuses on business sale and purchase agreements, contract drafting and negotiations, corporate formation, and trademark registration and enforcement.

Alex earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Prior to law school, she graduated summa cum laude from Monmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. While at Monmouth, Alex was a member of the NCAA Division III softball team.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys cheering on the Indiana Fever, playing slow-pitch softball, attending country music concerts and spending time with family and friends.
