Church Church Hittle and Antrim (CCHA Law) is pleased to announce that Justin Hays and Shyann Boyer have been elevated to Partner.

Justin has been named a partner in the firm’s Business Services and Real Estate practice groups and will contribute to the firm’s long-term leadership. He began his career with CCHA as a law clerk and, following law school, joined the firm as an associate. Justin advises a wide range of clients, from closely held businesses to multi-million-dollar corporations, with a practice focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, business sale and purchase agreements, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate formation, business succession planning, Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission permit applications and transfers, and trademark registration and enforcement matters.

“Justin’s growth at CCHA has been exceptional,” said Alex Pinegar, Managing Partner. “He brings a practical, business-minded approach to his work and consistently earns the trust of his clients. His leadership and dedication to the firm make him a natural fit for the partnership.”

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program and the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s College, where he also served as captain of the Men’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams.

“Shyann has been an outstanding advocate for our school clients and a trusted member of our education law team,” said Alex Pinegar, Managing Partner. “Her commitment to public education and her thoughtful, thorough approach to complex issues make her an invaluable part of our firm’s future.”

Shyann graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.
