CCHA Law Expands Business Services Team with Addition of Lisa Claghorn

Church Church Hittle and Antrim (CCHA Law) is excited to announce that Lisa Claghorn has joined the firm as a partner, supporting the firm’s growing Business Services Practice Section. Lisa brings over 13 years of extensive experience in real estate law, land use, regulatory compliance, utility negotiation, and complex transactions, adding strength to CCHA Law’s full range of business services. She will be serving clients across Hamilton County, Boone County, Zionsville, and surrounding markets.

Prior to joining CCHA Law, Lisa held a variety of legal and leadership roles with national homebuilders and real estate developers, where she served as an entitlement manager and due diligence manager. She also gained valuable experience in land analysis and title underwriting, with a focus on contract negotiation, title insurance, due diligence, and development projects. Earlier in her career, Lisa practiced as a closing attorney, litigator, and legal researcher, handling matters across real estate, family law, and workers’ compensation.

Lisa earned her Juris Doctor and Certificate of Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Active in the legal and business community, Lisa is a member of the Indiana and Louisiana State Bar Associations, the Louisiana Land Title Association Legislative Committee, and volunteers with organizations such as the Indiana Bar Foundation’s We the People Project and the Alzheimer’s Walk to Remember.
