Daniel first joined CCHA as a law clerk after his second year of law school. He now serves as an associate attorney in the firm’s Fishers office, working with the business and litigation practice groups and representing clients in a wide range of matters.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah, where he also was a teaching, research, and editorial assistant in the Political Science department. He later received his Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where was the Executive Editor of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality and a student associate in the law school’s Conservation Law Clinic. Daniel’s previous experience also includes being a legal assistant to an estate planning solo-practitioner, an intern at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, and a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in his native El Salvador and in Peru.

When he is not in the office, Daniel enjoys binge-watching both old and new Star Trek episodes, and exploring local parks and trails with his wife, Grace, and their daughters.
