#CCHACares: The Caring Center

At CCHA Law, we believe that giving back is an essential part of who we are. Through our #CCHACares initiative, we proudly support local organizations that make a lasting impact in the communities we serve. Recently, we held a coat drive in support of The Caring Center, a Boone County nonprofit dedicated to helping families meet their most basic needs with dignity and compassion.

About The Caring Center

Located in Lebanon, Indiana, The Caring Center has been serving Boone County residents since 1985. They provide food, clothing, and household essentials to individuals and families facing hardship. The organization operates with the belief that everyone deserves access to life’s essentials, regardless of circumstance.

Their mission is to stabilize families in crisis and move those caught in poverty towards self sufficiency.

Through partnerships with local schools, businesses, and volunteers, The Caring Center supports families year-round, offering a helping hand during difficult times while empowering them toward self-sufficiency.

CCHA Law + The Caring Center

This fall, CCHA Law held a firmwide coat drive to support The Caring Center’s winter outreach effort and program called the Coat Giveaway. Employees across our Noblesville, Fishers, and Zionsville offices came together to collect more than 45 coats for local families in need!

“A huge thank-you to everyone who donated to our coat drive for The Caring Center! Together, our offices collected more than 45 coats to help keep local families warm this winter,” shared Lisa Elko, who organized the drive. “When I dropped our gently used coats off at the cleaners, they mentioned they had already received over 500 coats - such an incredible community effort! Your generosity and teamwork truly make a difference.”

From start to finish, the initiative reflected the heart of CCHA’s culture of collaboration, compassion, and community involvement. The firm’s commitment to supporting neighbors in need extends beyond legal services, strengthening the communities where we live and work.
