Church Church Hittle and Antrim (CCHA Law) is pleased to announce that Madeline Richmond has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the Litigation Practice Group.
Madeline focuses her practice on representing schools, cities, towns, and other public entities at the state and federal levels in a variety of claims, ranging from negligence to complex issues of federal and constitutional law. She also provides counsel in insurance defense matters, offering clients skilled and efficient advocacy throughout the litigation process.

A proud Hoosier, Madeline graduated summa cum laude from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Before joining CCHA Law, Madeline practiced at a respected Indianapolis civil litigation firm, where she defended clients in trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases.
Madeline is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She is also an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
