CCHA Law is proud to introduce three talented associate attorneys, Sam Calderone, Alexandra (Alex) Chamberlin, and Jack Whitsitt. Each brings a strong academic background, valuable hands-on legal experience, and a shared commitment to serving clients and their communities.

All three attorneys previously served as law clerks with CCHA and were recently admitted to the Indiana Bar.

Sam Calderone
Sam joins CCHA’s Business and Employment Law practice groups, representing professionals and corporate entities in matters involving fair employment practices, wage and hour compliance, contract disputes, and litigation defense.
A graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Sam served as a certified legal intern with the university’s Student Legal Services clinic, where he represented students in landlord/tenant disputes and personal injury cases. He also competed in the Sherman Minton Moot Court competition and was a semifinalist in Maurer’s Law School Trial Tournament.
Outside the office, Sam enjoys music, collecting vinyl records, and cheering on the Chicago Bears and White Sox. He also enjoys exploring Hamilton County with his girlfriend, Monica, and her dog, Akira.

Alex Chamberlin
Alex is a member of CCHA’s Sports, Higher Education, and Business Services practice groups. Her practice includes advising clients on NCAA compliance and infractions, Title IX gender equity reviews, and navigating the evolving NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) landscape. She also assists clients with business sale and purchase agreements, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate formation, and trademark registration and enforcement.
Alex earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She graduated summa cum laude from Monmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology and was a member of the NCAA Division III softball team.
In her free time, Alex enjoys cheering on the Indiana Fever, playing slow-pitch softball, attending country concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Jack Whitsitt
Jack began his career with CCHA as a law clerk before joining the firm as an associate attorney in the Real Estate and K-12 School + Education Law practice groups. He assists clients with property transactions, zoning and land use, and a range of legal matters affecting Indiana schools and educational institutions.
Jack earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he participated in Moot Court and was named to the Order of the Barristers, later serving on the Moot Court Executive Board. He also gained valuable advocacy experience as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and Guardian ad Litem through the school’s Child Advocacy Clinic and participated in the Appellate Clinic.
Outside the office, Jack enjoys collecting vinyl records, playing golf, and attending sporting events. A lifelong sports fan, he especially enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and Notre Dame football.
