Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA) is pleased to announce the addition of Julie Roe Lach as an of counsel attorney in the firm’s Sports Law Practice. Julie has been involved with college athletics for 20 years. She worked at the NCAA for over 15 years, most recently serving as the Vice President of Enforcement from October 2010 to February 2013.
Julie will continue to serve as the Deputy Commissioner for the Horizon League, a Division I athletics conference headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, and as Managing Principal of Spectrum Collegiate Sports Consulting (Spectrum), a CCHA affiliated entity that serves clients in various NCAA compliance matters and provides strategic advising and consultative services for institutions and conferences. Julie received her law degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. She has also received her bachelor’s degree and an honorary doctorate from Millikin University. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Alliance of Women Coaches, a national non-profit aimed at recruiting and retaining women in the coaching profession.
