CCHA Law is pleased to highlight Purdue Extension Hamilton County this month in our newest #CCHACares nonprofit highlight! Purdue Extension is dedicated to providing high-impact educational programs that transform the lives and livelihoods of their community members. They benefit Indiana communities through programming that primarily focuses on agriculture and natural resources, health and human sciences, community development, 4-H youth development, and the Hamilton County 4-H Fair.
CCHA Law’s David Day serves on the Extension Board for Purdue Extension Hamilton County and is also president of its supporting organization, Friends of Hamilton County Extension. The organization is currently raising money to help support the renovation of offices and fairgrounds at Purdue Extension Hamilton County’s location in Noblesville.
“My wife and I believe strongly in the value of the programming provided by Purdue Extension-Hamilton County. That is why we have both volunteered our time and resources to support the organization for almost forty years. All of our children benefited from their participation in 4H clubs and programs as 10-year members. We have seen the difference that Purdue Extension-Hamilton County has made and continues to make in our community.”- David Day, CCHA Law attorney

Upcoming programming includes a Master Gardener class, a Renewable Energy Webinar, and a Farmers Market Certification, among many others!

Starting as young as Kindergarten, they help empower young people through hands-on learning in leadership, STEM, agriculture, and civic engagement. Students can get involved in 4-H projects and enroll in upcoming Summer Camps!
