CCHA welcomes Amy Steketee Fox as a partner in the firm’s school law practice. Joining CCHA from Faegre Baker Daniels, Amy will spend time in the firm’s Ft. Wayne and Noblesville locations and will service the firm’s ever-growing list of school law clients located throughout the state of Indiana.
Amy is an experienced attorney who devotes a significant portion of her practice to advising schools and educational institutions in a number of legal matters including special education, student discipline, compliance with public access laws and records requirements, and labor and employment matters. Her practice also includes providing counsel to both public and private employers in all areas of labor and employment law.

Amy represents employers in federal and state court proceedings as well as before the EEOC and other administrative agencies regarding issues under Title VII, the Family & Medical Leave Act, wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, and unemployment matters. She also represents employers in union matters, including grievances, arbitrations and collective bargaining. Prior to attending law school, Amy worked in public education as a Teach for America high school teacher and as a guidance counselor.
