A Career of Dedication and Leadership

Tracey’s legal career spans over three decades, beginning in high school when she worked as a clerk for a small personal injury law firm. Since then, she has made significant strides in the legal field, holding various roles that showcase her versatility and dedication. Before joining CCHA Law in 2008, Tracey managed operations at The Mediation Group, LLC, and worked with personal injury cases at Tabor, Fels, & Tabor.

At CCHA Law, Tracey’s dual roles as Accounting Administrator and Paralegal make her an indispensable team member. She oversees critical financial functions, including invoicing, billing, and payroll, while also playing a pivotal role in client management and attorney support.

As Doug Church shares, “Tracey has demonstrated an amazing ability to keep all of the attorneys who deal with her happy! She never says ‘no’ regardless of the difficulty of the task assigned and always brings a smile and positive attitude to the job.” Her attention to detail and warm approach make her a trusted resource for colleagues and clients alike.

Tracey’s commitment to professional growth is evident through her certifications as an Indiana Registered Paralegal (IRP) and PACE Registered Paralegal (RP). She is an active member of the Indiana Paralegal Association, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and the Indiana State Bar Association, where she serves on the Affiliate Membership Committee. Her involvement in these organizations highlights her dedication to advancing the paralegal profession and supporting her peers.

“Tracey exemplifies the standard of excellence in legal assistance that this award was created to recognize,” says Julia Kozicki. “She is diligent, friendly, efficient, and highly reliable. Tracey not only meets the daily needs of our team but also brings new ways to serve our clients more effectively.” Her peers value her proactive approach and the positive influence she brings to the firm and the legal community.

A Life of Balance and Service

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Tracey leads an active personal life. She is a devoted mother to three adult children—Karli, Nik, and Olivia—and enjoys running, cycling, and playing golf. Since 2017, she has been a member of the Fishers Running Club, where she currently serves as Secretary.
