Sam is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Insurance Defense and Litigation law groups. He has substantial negotiation, litigation, and trial experience defending personal injury, wrongful death and general liability claims. Over the years, Sam has represented and defended individuals, corporations, trucking companies, truck drivers and insurance companies in complex and catastrophic loss cases.
Sam came to CCHA from a highly respected civil litigation law firm in Atlanta, Georgia where he provided high quality, results driven legal representation in the areas of trucking/transportation defense, premises liability, general liability, and insurance coverage.
A native of Fitzgerald, Georgia, Sam graduated from the University of Georgia in 2011 with a degree in Criminal Justice. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2014 where he earned CALI Awards in Legal Writing I, Immigration Law, and Secured Transactions.
Away from the office, Sam enjoys life with his wife, Kimberly, their three daughters, Lillian, Gwyneth Jane, and Maggie, and an amazing group of friends and family. He also enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
