Alexander Pinegar, managing partner at CCHA Law, shared remarks at the event recounting their work together. “You are a former employer and mentor to Eric Douthit, Steve Lutz, Jenni Hughes, and Jessica Wingate. I look at their practices today and how vibrant and strong they are, and in many ways, they are building upon fifty years of your work, legacy, and dedication to clients that you’ve shown over the years,” said Pinegar. “So we’re really grateful not only for your last 14 years here [at CCHA Law] but the last fifty years of what you’ve built because it is carried on today.”

CCHA Law thanks David for his commitment to serving his clients and CCHA Law with unwavering dedication and expertise that bettered the entire community for half of a century.

To honor David and his retirement, CCHA Law awarded a local art studio, The Carmel Art Education Studio in West Clay, $10,000 which will provide needed art supplies. The art studio offers classes instructing over 100 students each week, including children and adults. David himself is an artist, and you can view one of his paintings inside the CCHA Law office and on the website.

Please join us in congratulating David on a meaningful and impressive career and wishing him well in his future endeavors!
