About Dave

Dave joined CCHA 36 years into an illustrious legal career during which he had built from the ground up an established and well-respected general practice law firm serving clients throughout central Indiana.

As part of this service with CCHA, Dave represents clients in family law matters, real estate matters, general civil litigation matters, business matters, trust matters, and probate administration matters. His experience as a trial lawyer has served him well in his mediation practice. Dave is qualified as a civil and domestic mediator and has assisted numerous litigants to successful resolution of their issues through mediation. Dave regularly works with clients to resolve complex and challenging legal issues and was involved in the original pilot program for the mediation training in the State of Indiana where he assisted in the presentation of mediation techniques to prospective mediators.

Dave is an artist and you can view one of his paintings on our Art In The Office page. Dave also enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
