The Professional Women’s Group (PWG) is a continuous program designed to assist employed women in cultivating skills and acquiring knowledge essential for building a sustainable career. Any woman presently employed can participate in monthly in-person or virtual meetings, where speakers cover a diverse range of topics related to both professional and personal development. This program aims to empower women in their current employment situations and foster ongoing growth and success in their careers. Women receive access to mentoring and life coaching, peer networking, a personal finance course, and connections to professionals and resources in the community.

Upon their initial appointment, women are introduced to Career Development Coaching and are encouraged to view it as an unlimited free resource for their professional growth. The Career Development Coach, along with various free services, is at their disposal, fostering a comprehensive approach to personalized job search and development. These services include virtual professional development workshops, resume assistance, interview preparation, access to a computer lab and printing services, a library with community resources and job openings, support with job and education searches, LinkedIn guidance, and personalized coaching through the CliftonStrengths assessment.

The Success Coach provides one-on-one, confidential sessions with a Success Coach to identify the individual needs, strengths, priorities, and goals of women in their program. The Success Coach provides support in connecting clients to community resources, including housing, childcare, transportation, training/education, health, stress management, financial assistance, and a mentorship program. The mentorship program involves partnering women with mentors for goal setting and support.

CCHA Law’s Dress for Success Drive

CCHA Law is hosting an office-wide drive to collect donations in our Noblesville, Fishers, Tiptop, and Zionsville, Indiana locations. Our staff are encouraged to bring in clothing donations this month between February 19th through March 8th that will be delivered to Dress for Success.

"As a law firm, we naturally lean towards business casual attire. Understanding this, I expected to find plenty of 'interview-ready' clothing in people's closets,” said Katie James from CCHA. “Recognizing the significance of the organization, I believe in empowering women to feel confident in pursuing job opportunities they may not have considered. This cultivates gratitude for the opportunities they're given."
