Church Church Hittle + Antrim (CCHA) is proud to support the Carmel Education Foundation (CEF), which includes sponsoring the upcoming 11th Annual Ghost & Goblins 5K/2K.

Founded in 1966, CEF invests in academic excellence through grants to teachers for classroom enrichment and curriculum development. The foundation is on a mission to support students in academic achievement and lifelong learning.

One of the oldest foundations of its kind, the Carmel Education Foundation was created to help students achieve their full potential. Since 1966, the Foundation has awarded over $2,000,000 in college scholarships to seniors and over $525,000 in education grants to increase student achievement for students. The Carmel Education Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors who give their time and energy to accelerate the Foundation’s mission by funding education grants for teachers. In addition, the board awards more than 65 college scholarships annually.

But what about the ghosts and goblins?! Participants in the upcoming Ghost & Goblins 5K/2K are encouraged to come in safe costumes, though masks are not allowed. Prizes will be awarded for best adult, youth, and ensemble costumes. Costume judges will be sporting Viking hats, so keep an eye out and look your best!

This is a family-friendly event, though students under age 18 must have a signed permission slip by a parent of guardian, and children under age 4 are free but must be chaperoned by an adult. You can register for the event here. CCHA staff and attorneys look forward to seeing you Saturday, October 26!
