CCHA Welcomes Molly C. Richman To Firm

CCHA welcomes Molly C. Richman to the firm. Molly joins CCHA as an associate attorney after serving as Associate General Counsel at USA Football. She oversaw all legal matters for USA Football events, including National Team and Heads Up Football events, as well as assisted in employment law matters, sponsorship negotiations and intellectual property issues.
Prior to USA Football, Molly was an Assistant Director of Enforcement at the NCAA, where she investigated and processed cases relating to the violation of NCAA Bylaws. At the NCAA, Molly tried some of the most high profile enforcement cases in NCAA history, as well as drafted legislation for the new NCAA Enforcement model.
Molly’s main area of practice consists of representing clients on a broad array of sports law matters. She represents institutions and coaches in NCAA investigations, educational initiatives and any other compliance matter that may arise on a collegiate campus. Molly is a Senior Advisor for Spectrum Collegiate Sports Consulting, a CCHA affiliated entity with which CCHA regularly collaborates in servicing collegiate athletics clients.
