Enforcement Proceedings
Providing leadership and guidance to institutions regarding the enforcement process. Assisting institutions in the reporting and processing of NCAA rules violations, including but not limited to strategy guidance, drafting the processing documents and representation at hearing.
Education and Assessments
Education can be provided in-person or via video conference. Assessments include evaluations, final report, recommendations and on-campus education.
Head Coach Control Assessment
Evaluation of the policies and practices of head coach (sport specific) to determine if head coach control standards are met and assistance with and/or development of head coach control plan(s).
Institutional Control Assessment
In-depth evaluation of institutional practices to determine if institutional control standards are met.
Institutional Readiness
Evaluation of aggravating and mitigating factors present in institutional practices and overall review of institutional preparedness for an infractions case.
