About Melissa

Melissa is a Partner at the law firm Church Church Hittle + Antrim. She began as a staff attorney in January 2012, and has based her practice primarily in Tipton County. She is a Tipton High School graduate, her son is a current Tipton High School student, and her parents continue to live and work in Tipton County. Melissa runs a general “county seat” style practice handling domestic relations matters, real estate and business transactions, estate planning and probate, as well as municipal and school representation. She also serves as guardian ad litem, or court advocate, for children and elderly individuals who find themselves the subject of custody or guardianship disputes. Melissa’s genuine compassion for all of her clients combined with her strong work ethic translate to efficient and effective results for all she serves.

Prior to joining CCHA, Melissa was a Chicago resident and volunteered for various local organizations including Chicago Public Schools and PAWS Chicago No Kill Animal Shelter. She has continued her civic involvement in Tipton by serving on the board of the Tipton County Foundation, acting as a volunteer court advocate for children through Tipton’s CASA program, and participating in Tipton’s inaugural Leadership Program class of 2016. Melissa also enjoys travelling with her family, playing flute for the Lapel Community Band, and supporting her son at his high school band and sports events.
