Brittany is an associate attorney in the firm’s family law practice. She is a registered Domestic Relations Mediator, and she is a member of the Indianapolis, Hamilton County, and Johnson County Bar Associations. Brittany graduated from Noblesville High School in 1995 and from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 1999. While at BYU, she was an editor for a prominent academic journal.

She graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with a J.D. in 2004. While at the University of Oregon, she was an Articles Editor for the Oregon Law Review, was contracted to edit a comprehensive family law textbook, received a Certificate in Mediation, worked in the District Attorney’s office, and volunteered with CASA of Lane County.

Brittany is an avid runner and is currently on track to run a marathon in each state. She resides in Center Grove with her husband, George, and their three children, Preston, Collin, and Ella. Her family is very involved with music, sports, church, and local organizations in their community.
