Leslie Craig Henderzahs

Leslie has been practicing law for over 30 years. She is an experienced skilled civil litigator and is a certified family law specialist certified by the Family Law Certification Board. She currently serves on the Indiana Supreme Court Innovation Initiative Task Force, Noblesville Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and Board, and the Riverview Hospital Health Foundation. Leslie;s professional involvement also includes the Indiana State Bar Association where she currently serves as a Past-President and President in 2020 leading the organization’s almost 10,000 attorneys. She was the recipient of the Gale M. Phelps Award for the Indiana State Bar Association in 2016 for high ethical standards and service to the community. Leslie has been identified as an Indiana Super Lawyer and rated AV Preeminent for the past 10 years. Leslie is a champion of Diversity. She is a woman of influence as recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal. In her litigation practice, Leslie focuses on the complexities of preserving and dividing businesses, farms, and other sizable assets of self-employed and high net worth individuals including the intricacies of pension and retirement plans and executive

compensation packages involving deferred income such as stock unit awards, restricted stock, and stock options. Most importantly, Leslie enjoys serving her clients, the community, and her family.

Jennifer Hughes

Jenni concentrates her practice on family law, specifically focusing on property division, custody, parenting time and child support. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and Hamilton County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Emily Schmale

Emily concentrates her practice on family law, which paired with a background in business litigation, equips her to meet client needs ranging from custody arrangements to complex disputed asset division. She also practices in the area of criminal defense and has experience assisting clients with a wide variety of criminal matters, including white collar crimes. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before Indiana state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
