Weston joined CCHA when he participated in the firm’s summer clerkship program in 2019. Now he practices in CCHA's Fishers office as an associate attorney in litigation.

Weston grew up in Cloverdale, Indiana, graduating from Cloverdale High School in 2006. That same year, he enlisted in the Marine Corps and completed boot camp training in San Diego, California before being stationed at Twenty-nine Palms, California. Weston trained as an infantry-assaultman and deployed to Iraq with his unit in 2007 and again in 2009. After his end-of-active service, he began working as a contractor for the Department of Defense where he instructed service-members in the operation of unmanned aerial systems. In this capacity, he deployed to Afghanistan on several occasions in support of US operations. In 2014, he was admitted to the University of Michigan’s School of Literature, Science, and Arts. While enrolled at Michigan, Weston attended the National University of Singapore during a study abroad and subsequently traveled throughout Southeast Asia. Upon graduating from Michigan, Weston enrolled at IUPUI to seek a Master of Public Affairs. A year later, he was admitted in the J.D/MPA program at the IU McKinney School of Law.

Weston enjoys traveling abroad and has visited nearly 23 countries. His favorites being Myanmar, Cambodia, Slovenia, and Cusco, Peru. He also enjoys working his property in Tipton County where he and his wife raise chickens and soon alpacas. He volunteers with Prevail, Inc. of Hamilton County and each year he plans and hosts Prevail’s 100 Men Campaign’s Teen Financial Literacy Fair.
