Cassie is an Associate Attorney in CCHA's Litigation practice group. Her primary practice involves representing schools, cities, towns, and other public entities at the state and federal levels in a variety of claims ranging from negligence to complex issues of federal and constitutional law. She also assists clients in Labor & Employment and Personal Injury matters. Prior to joining CCHA, Cassie defended physicians and health care entities in administrative and state court proceedings.

Cassie is a native of Dubois County, Indiana. She obtained a dual degree in Journalism and Political Science from IU Bloomington. She attended law school at the IU McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where she served as Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and the Environmental Law Society. Cassie is a board member of for Friends of Riley and has previously volunteered with several local organizations, including Indy Reads, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, and WFYI. In her free time, Cassie enjoys running, biking, visiting family in Southern Indiana, and attending local sporting events and concerts.
