#CCHACares: Support Your Local Education Foundation

We have so much to be thankful for here in central Indiana, including our schools and educators. The closure of schools during the pandemic has deepened our appreciation for all that educators and schools do for our children and families. Education foundations work alongside our schools and educators to provide additional resources and programs that benefit our students.
If you’re looking for organizations to support for the remainder of the year, consider your local education foundation. These foundations promote the pursuit of excellence in education within the public school systems they support. They provide resources that encourage innovation and best practices in our classrooms. Foundations award scholarships to students seeking further education.
School may not be in session, but there’s still so much you can do to support your local education foundations. So seek them out, connect, and share in their desire to improve the lives of the educators and students in your local community.
