CCHA Welcomes Emily Schmale

CCHA welcomes Emily Schmale to the firm’s Family Law Practice Section. A native of Hamilton County, Emily Schmale graduated from Carmel High School and Saint Mary’s College in South Bend. Emily received her law degree from IU McKinney School of Law.
“We are excited to welcome Emily to the firm and look forward to her contributions with our family law practice group, where she will help guide our clients to reach their goals,” said CCHA Managing Partner David Day.
“I am excited to join such a well-respected and committed firm,” said Emily. “I look forward to providing expertise to those in need of a trusted family law advisor.”
In addition to her legal practice, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Trent, and their children, as well as growing flowers. An active volunteer in her community, Emily recently completed a three-year term as a board member of Adoptions of Indiana.
